About the Event

Feeling Stressed? Anxious? Worried? 

So is most of the GLOBE today. We are all in this crisis together.

That's why I wanted to create this ONLINE Group Workout for those that are stuck at home without a gym, AND without gym equipment in such a stressful time, no one was prepared for. 

Right now, in the stress of world's crisis, this is the PERFECT time for us to turn our attention inward and focus on ourselves.

Fitness has always been a staple for both my physical and mental health. Anytime I have been without it my mental and emotional health struggles. Exercise keeps me sane, it keeps me healthy, and it always UPLIFTS me. I know it can do that for you too. 

Exercise will help you decrease those feelings of anxiety, stress and depression that we ALL are feeling.

So, whether you are a seasoned gym goer, or a total newbie this workout will benefit you right now. 

Think about how good it will feel, when all of this is done and you are: 

  • Closer to your fitness goals.
  • In better health. 
  • Happier.
  • More energized.
  • More confident in yourself.

...because you used this time to focus on bettering YOU.

And, the beautiful part about it, is you don't have to do it alone! Social Isolation can be loney, but we can get our social fix by getting together for this virtual group workout!

No Gym Equipment?  No problem, me either! Bring a couple full gallon water jugs, a towel, a chair, and maybe some canned goods and you're good to go!

No one ever regretted a workout DONE.

I have been a Fitness Coach and Personal Trainer for 5 years. While now I focus more on Life Coaching to help women recover and heal from Toxic Relationships, fitness and health is still a huge part of my coaching, and my life.

I hope to show you why when you join me for this Group Workout class!
